Return and Shipping Policies
We hope you love your purchase but sometimes we understand that your not 100% satisfied, so we have the following options for you :
- We do not refund returns unless the garment is faulty. We offer a credit note or can happily exchange the size for you.
- Exchange for another size/colour. For Western Australian customers, we are happy to accept returns in store.
- Store Credit for the full cost of the goods valid for 12 months (doesn’t include shipping costs).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Sales items, items part of a promotion, swimwear, underwear and jewelry and any goods that have been worn.

- Gift cards
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have past by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags attached.
Instructions for Returning your garment
- To complete your return please email us email@example.com explaining your reason for return Please include as much information as you can eg. (style name, size, colour, amount paid inc postage) and the reason for return.
- Upon receiving & approving your return request we will issue a Return Authorisation number confirming you to return the goods.
- Returns are at your postage costs and you must include receipt of purchase & our Return Authorisation #.

- Once received we will email you back confirming we have received the goods and let you know your options.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds on Faulty Goods (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds unless the Manufacturer deems the item to be faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the Manufacturer has notified us.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
